No public enterprise promise
This site does not advertise unlimited usage, custom enterprise controls, response-time commitments, or an uptime SLA. Any separately negotiated service must be documented in a signed agreement.

Credits, holds and checkout
Plans, top-up packs, currency and taxes are configured per deployment. The signed-in billing panel shows what the server currently offers, and the payment provider shows the final amount at checkout.
Supported paid render and edit flows show a credit estimate first. When you confirm, a hold is placed on your balance before the job runs, and the held credits are visible in the billing panel.
A hold reserves credits rather than spending them. Holds that a job does not use are released back to your available balance.
The refund page explains the current request process. Submitting a request does not guarantee a particular outcome or processing time.
